1. Order Processing & Delivery
- Domestic (Pakistan): Orders are processed and delivered in 3–4 working days. Delivery times are based on business days and may exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery charges are included in the product price, and actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier service.
- International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service. International customers must pay in advance, and additional delivery charges will apply based on location.
2. Payment Options
- Domestic Orders: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is made when your order is delivered.
- International Orders: Payment must be made in advance, and customers are responsible for any applicable delivery charges, customs duties, or taxes.
3. Exchanges & Returns
Products can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery for color or design changes. Items must be in their original condition.
